intranda presents its digitisation solutions at the 80th IFLA World Library and Information Congress in Lyon
The 80th IFLA General Conference will be held this year in the French city of Lyon and is expected to attract over 3,500 visitors from around 120 countries. We will have a stand at the associated trade fair (over 80 exhibitors) and will be delighted to provide information about the latest developments in the field of digitisation.
You can find us from 18-20 August at the Lyon Convention Centre (stand A 118 together with Image Access and stand A 119 together with SMA Electronic Document).
Using hardware from each of these companies, we will show our visitors how the Universal Capturing Client (UCC) can facilitate the process of capturing structure data. You will also be able to find out what is happening in the world of Goobi, the open-source workflow management solution for digitisation projects that intranda has already implemented and supports at over thirty cultural institutions in four countries.
What is TaskManager? How can I run through OCR tasks automatically in the background? Can I use the same method for image conversion? How can I avoid errors when editing rulesets? Why is the intranda viewer so popular? How can my own institution benefit from crowdsourcing?
If you would like to find out more, come and see us in Lyon. A bientôt!
